六月是婚紗業的超級旺季，因為許多準人妻們都想當六月新娘，在不悶熱又舒適的六月走進禮堂當最美的新娘，但走進婚紗店，琳瑯滿目的禮服讓新娘們不知從何挑選，其實要挑對禮服，要先掌握自己的身材，才能找到自己的定命婚紗禮服，微肉新娘只要挑對禮服就能瞬減好幾公斤！

梨形身材V.S.上半身過於豐滿的肉肉新娘：不要穿深V、領口小的禮服
如果新娘是腰細屁股大的梨形身材，A字形高腰婚紗就很適合，寬大裙襬能將大腿和臀部肥肉遮起來，也能展現出最美的纖細上半身，但如果是上半身太豐滿的新娘，在上身設計以簡單展現曲線為主，不要穿深V、領口小的禮服，也要盡量避免領口過低，而顯得上圍太過豐滿，布料也盡量選擇平滑無皺褶，更避免選擇亮面、緞面的材質以免胸圍過大，如果手臂比較肉肉的新娘，也可以選擇今年流行的平口設計禮服。

四肢細、肚子大大的蘋果新娘：禮服高腰設計別太緊避免凸肚
四肢纖細，胸部、臀部、肚子都較為肥胖的新娘在選擇婚紗要特別謹慎，因為一不小心就會變成孕婦婚紗了，所以盡量選擇高腰設計別太緊的禮服避免凸肚，下襬以A字形為主，特殊的開衩和薄紗設計，也能以不同方式展現性感，最好凸顯出較為纖細的四肢，隱藏較為肥胖的肚子，才能隱惡揚善，變成最美新娘。
胸部過小V.S.小個子新娘：注重視覺膨脹、切記勿穿設計過分簡單的單薄婚紗
上半身設計簡單的婚紗看起來會很扁平，不太適合胸部過小的新娘們，如果胸前有皺褶、蕾絲或花朵設計、在視覺上產生膨脹感，讓胸部豐滿一點的婚紗會更好看，而若個子比較嬌小，反而可以用中、高腰修飾身材比例、小V領，小露鎖骨增加高挑感，有時候，小個子新娘穿上短版婚紗也有不一樣的俏麗感，都可以嘗試看看。
